Employees are eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following the completion of a full month of regular, full-time employment (unless expressly stated otherwise under the description of the benefit). SPECIAL NOTICE FOR NEW HIRES HIRED AFTER MAY 1, 2012 (with benefits effective July 1, 2012) The Point of Service health insurance plans will not be available to employees hired after May 1, 2012. The Consumer Healthy Solutions with HSA plan will be the only plan available to those hired after May 1, 2012 with a benefits effective date of July 1, 2012.
